Membership

In accordance with §3 of the statute, any individual or legal entity as well as each person majority can become a member of the German Vending Association who,

a) Have professionally set up food and beverage vending machines, at their own costs (Operators), either to rent or to sell

b) Are commercially active manufacturers or general importers of food and beverage vending machines and / or payment systems or other components or accessory equipment of food and beverage machines and their payment as well as data acquisition and / or transmission systems

c) Are commercially active as a manufacturer or supplier of products and equipment suitable for food and beverage vending machines

d) Are active in other ways within the area of food supplies and utility systems, or with the development of such systems with regard to support, reporting or consultation

Individual and legal entities as well as person majorities, who are connected in a specific way with other members of the association and direct / or promote the associations purpose, can become a promoting member

The executive committee decides admission.

For registration a special form must be used, to which a questionnaire giving company details and an excerpt from the trade register and / or trade reporting register are to be attached.

To become a member, a commitment to keep the statute, code of ethics, federation philosophy and the resolutions from members meetings and the executive committee must be made.

Applicants applying for membership to the German Vending Association must designate, from within the circle of association members, two reference companies. A further condition for admission as an Operator is that they have actively been in business for at least one year.

Enquires about members subscription fees, turnover-dependent, can be made at the association’s office.
